Coach Pradip’s Journey
Coach Pradip qualified as Physical Training Instructor in 2008, and started delivering physical training to military personnel keeping them fit, strong and ready for their job and role. His passionate in fitness and health led him to go through rigorous selection process for Senior Physical Training Instructor role in the military and was successful to achieve that goal in 2013, which qualified him to become a head of physical fitness and health in military establishments during his tenures.
Pradip’s craving for learning and growth continued, as a result successfully qualified as Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor in 2014. His new achievement equipped him to be able to assess injured service personnel and prescribed individual injury rehabilitation programmes to help them recover from injury and help them become fit for role and sports. Further on, Pradip graduated in Strength & Conditioning (S&C) in 2017 expanding his extensive academic knowledge and understanding of training principles and its applications to fitness and health.
Currently, Pradip is a full time dedicated Strength & Conditioning coach and Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor in the military. Pradip has over a decade of experience in the field of Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation and S&C and as a PowerLifter. He has honed his skills and experiences while working in the military keeping soldiers fit, healthy and strong mentally and physically, and has worked with diverse population of soldiers, public services, athletes and anyone who needed the most.
